TJ Lee is a serial entrepreneur, innovation advisor, university mentor, and Managing Director of Peptides.io. His core skill set sits at the intersection of engineering, design, and marketing, with a specialty in building startups. His approach is centered on four things: mindset, systems, speed, and execution.

TJ believes ideas mean very little without action. Great organizations are built by people who create strong systems, take ownership of their objectives, move with purpose, and consistently execute. Just as important, he believes meaningful relationships should be built on trust, contribution, and genuine value — not simply transactions.

That philosophy comes from his own upbringing. TJ was born in America to a family that immigrated from South East Asia, making him part of the first generation of his family born and raised in the United States. His family came to America with very little. His grandmother raised nine children with just $900 to start, and the family experienced poverty and adversity even after arriving in the United States.

Growing up around that struggle shaped the way TJ sees the world. He learned that where you begin does not have to determine where you finish. Progress requires resilience, learning, responsibility, and most importantly, action. Those lessons remain at the center of who he is today: forever a learner and an action taker.

As an innovation advisor and university mentor, TJ works with startups and emerging entrepreneurs on mindset, leadership, personal and professional development, systems, and execution. He particularly enjoys helping people recognize what may be holding them back, think differently about their circumstances, and turn ambitious ideas into achievable steps.

Today, TJ serves as Managing Director of Peptides.io, an educational media platform focused on making complex medical and health information easier for everyday people to understand. But his broader mission extends beyond any one company or industry: to make complex information easier to understand and use that understanding to help people move forward.

Across entrepreneurship, advising, and mentorship, his philosophy remains simple: keep learning, build great systems, take action, move with speed, execute with purpose, and create value for others.
