Tiara Lijuna Christopher
Restorative Methodolgist
Tiara Christopher is an author, publisher, motivational speaker, humanitarian, and creator of the Restorative Writing Methodology. Known professionally as The Restorative Methodologist, she developed an intentional framework that guides individuals through four stages: Release, Awareness, Identity, and Restoration.
Her work integrates restorative writing, psychology, communication, biblical wisdom, reflection, and storytelling to help people give language to unprocessed pain, recognize the patterns and behaviors it produced, reclaim their identities, and move intentionally toward healing and wholeness. Her methodology is grounded in a defining principle: everyone who is whole is healed, but not everyone who is healed is whole.
Christopher is the author of The Art of Translating Pain, A Restorative Writing Workbook for Healing, Wholeness, and Transformation. The book was selected through the Discover Books Indie Author Project for inclusion in the Henderson Libraries collection. Her related scholarly work was peer reviewed and presented at the International Conference on Cross Cultural Psychiatry, Psychology and Mental Health in Chicago.
Her literary work continues with The Parent Trap The Pearl Irritated Into Purpose, a prequel exploring childhood trauma, attachment, identity, communication, faith, redemption, and the transformation of pain into purpose. She was also selected as a featured author for the 2026 Trenton Book Festival.
Christopher holds an Associate of Arts in Speech and Rhetoric and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Psychology. Through her books, publishing, speaking, workshops, and restorative programs, Christopher is building an interdisciplinary body of work centered on language, identity, restoration, and generational transformation.
