Executive Coach and Founder, Bamboo Being
Sue Adams is the founder of Bamboo Being, an executive coaching and development practice built on the belief that meaningful progress is the outcome of digging deeper rather than running faster.
Before founding Bamboo Being, Sue spent two decades in the legal and entertainment industries, rising to leadership roles that shaped how she thinks about performance, pressure, and what organisations really need from their leaders. She tends to work with organisations over longer terms so that coaching engagements are informed by the realities of the specific corporate cultures in which they occur.
Bamboo Being also takes a full service approach: working with individual executives, teams and groups on challenges through a community of coaches who align around the same developmental philosophy and approach.
The practice is built around the simple idea that nothing occurs in isolation and that new possibilities for meaningful progress are revealed through a process of systematic enquiry followed with thoughtful experimentation.
Sue writes about the themes her clients are navigating and is particularly interested in what becomes possible when perspectives from different parts of the world are brought into the same conversation. She is based in Singapore and the UK.
