Dr. Soha Chahine is an Organizational Psychologist, executive coach, Founder of Forward Training & Consulting and Co-Founder of Forsa. With over 15 years of HR experience, she is known for helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity by turning the hidden dynamics of behavior, emotion, culture, and change into clear, strategic insight.
 
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, organizational culture, and the future of work. Through Forward Training & Consulting, she has supported leaders, teams, and organizations across the GCC with leadership development, executive coaching, culture work, and transformative learning experiences. Through Forsa, she is helping bridge academia and organizations by focusing on student readiness and the evolving connection between education and the world of work. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty, and is a contributor to Harvard Business Review Arabia and Economy Middle East.
 
Dr. Soha Chahine is the co-author of The Talent Matrix Playbook and Shaken, Stirred but Not Deterred Vol. 2, and a TEDx speaker, certified psychometric assessor, and global jury member for international HR, coaching and leadership awards. Her work also extends into governance and ethics through her service as Arab Women Ambassador for Human Sustainability, aligned with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights & International Cooperation (UNHCHR). She holds degrees in Communication, Human Resource Management and Training, and Organizational Psychology, with a doctoral focus on talent and culture transformation.
