Sarah C. Aderibigbe
Founder & CEO, Motherwell Spring Global
Sarah Aderibigbe is an author, certified coach, and the founder and CEO of Motherwell Spring, a global platform focused on female identity, healing, and leadership. Raised on a council estate in South London in a broken home, Sarah’s early life exposed her to the realities of fragmentation, instability, and the quiet resilience required to survive and mature in complex environments.
Her personal journey took a decisive turn in early adulthood when she experienced a profound internal awakening that reshaped how she understood identity, purpose, and inner authority. What followed was a gradual movement from inner fragmentation to coherence — a process that now underpins both her writing and her work with women.
Sarah trained and worked in the legal profession, serving across respected firms where she developed a deep understanding of structure, advocacy, responsibility, and the human cost of unresolved conflict. Through this work, she witnessed first-hand how unseen inner fractures often surface later as legal, relational, and societal breakdowns — insights that continue to inform her thinking on leadership and systems.
In 2016, Sarah became a wife, and later a mother, experiences that further refined her understanding of stewardship, responsibility, and long-term legacy. Motherhood, in particular, deepened her conviction that sustainable leadership begins internally, long before it becomes visible externally.
Sarah is the author of The Soaring Single and Dine Like You Belong. Her writing explores internal coherence as the foundation for meaningful influence, addressing identity, purpose, and leadership beyond performance or surface success. She currently lives in the United Kingdom with her husband and children, continuing her work at the intersection of inner formation, leadership, and societal impact.
