Dr. Sabina Islam is a visionary scientist and life transformation coach on a soul mission to awaken the limitless power within every human being. Fueled by a passion for expanding consciousness and unveiling the ocean of cosmic intelligence within, she helps her clients break free from the invisible chains of past conditioning and self-imposed limitations.

Born in a small city in Bangladesh, Sabina’s life took an unexpected turn from the start. Despite being born from love, she endured acute attachment trauma for most of her life, leading to deep emotional detachment, suicidal thoughts, clinical depression, and complex PTSD. From an early age, she relentlessly searched for the meaning of life, as nothing ever seemed to make any sense.

Determined to find herself, she left home, earned her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, and moved to the USA to complete an MSc at Pennsylvania State University and a PhD at North Carolina State University. She then worked as a research scientist for two of the world’s top chemical industries. Yet, despite numerous academic and professional accolades, she felt consumed by disconnection, depression, and a black hole of emptiness, self-doubt, and despair.

Then, at her lowest point—when she had completely given up on life—everything shifted! One day, she awakened to her true self—pure consciousness—untouchable by pain, overflowing with ecstasy, joy, bliss, and unconditional love. She had an earth-shattering realization: she was not her trauma, her thoughts, or her experiences—she was Love itself.

This profound awakening shattered every illusion and liberated her from suffering. She saw how our beliefs shape our reality and how we hold the power to deprogram ourselves from the past and rewrite brand new stories. Her depression transformed into freedom and joy, her cPTSD into creativity, passion, courage, and abundance, and her rootlessness into a deep connection with all of humanity and the entire cosmos.

Inspired by her transformation, she made a bold choice—to leave her unfulfilling career in chemical engineering and devote her life to guiding others toward ultimate liberation. Now, as the founder of Activate.Soul, she empowers her clients to release mental and emotional blocks, reprogram limiting beliefs, and access their highest intelligence. By educating them on the science of bioenergy, self-healing, manifestation, and consciousness expansion, she helps others step into a life of boundless freedom, abundance, purpose, excitement, and fulfillment.
