Ruth Rivera is Your Fearless Real Estate Coach™, a broker associate, coach, author, and speaker based in Central Florida. Over a thirty-year production career, she built her business, Rivera & Associates Consulting Group LLC, around one conviction: no real estate agent or realtor should have to lose years of their career learning through trial and error what a system could teach them in weeks.

That conviction was forged firsthand. Early in her career, Ruth went ten months without a single closing before building what would become the 8 Bucket System, a framework that sorts every client relationship into one of eight distinct buckets and tells a real estate professional exactly what to do next. The system produced a record-breaking year immediately after that ten-month drought, and has since become the intellectual core of every workshop, keynote, and coaching relationship Ruth leads.

Ruth coaches real estate agents and realtors one on one and inside a national brokerage's conversion department, where speed and consistency determine whether a lead converts. She shares daily insight through The Fearless Room on Instagram, delivers coaching and keynotes in both English and Spanish across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America.

Ruth sits on the Florida Realtors Board of Directors for District 12, is a NAHREP 10 Certified Trainer, a past president of NAHREP North Orlando, and is AI-certified through the Krem Institute.
