Roxanna Marazzi
Leadership & Commercial Performance Advisor
Roxanna Marazzi is the Founder of RM Consultancy and a former VP of Enablement at Salesforce, with over 20 years of experience spanning commercial leadership, sales, enablement and people development across the UK, EMEA and Asia.
Having experienced business from multiple perspectives, from individual contributor to leader and later enablement executive, Roxanna developed a deep understanding of what sits beneath sustainable performance. Her belief is simple: performance is human before it is operational.
Through RM Consultancy, she helps organisations strengthen leadership capability, hiring, culture and commercial performance by addressing the behaviours, decisions and operating rhythms behind results. Her work is grounded in lived leadership experience and combines emotional intelligence, commercial rigour and practical application.
Roxanna is the creator of proprietary leadership and people-performance frameworks, including Leadership Lens™, NUTCASE™ and TAATAM™ frameworks designed to translate complex human and business challenges into practical approaches leaders can use in the real world.
She believes AI has an important role to play in the future of leadership, but as an amplifier of human capability rather than a replacement for human judgement.
This thinking sits behind the RM Consultancy philosophy: EQ Led. IQ Backed. AI Empowered.®
