Rebecca Dillon

Career Coach

Through her work, Rebecca is challenging conventional perceptions of disability and employment while demonstrating that with the right support, environment and mindset, individuals can overcome barriers, build courage and achieve meaningful professional success. Rebecca is aiming to help people with traumatic childhoods, medical conditions, memory or mobility issues, Autism, ADHD, and people part of LGBTQIA+ community. Rebecca is building with a partnership with LGBT Foundation to run workshops on Wednesdays and she's hoping to partner with other charities to help as many people as possible. Rebecca has the ambition to coach companies on how they can make the working environment more adaptable and suitable for stigmatised individuals to make it a more inclusive space and remove the daily struggle for people who don't fit into the strict, neurotypical way of working.
