Pedro Gonzalez is an Army veteran, entrepreneur, and founder of Tact Force Financial, a financial services firm focused on expanding financial literacy, wealth-building strategies, and ownership opportunities for families, veterans, and underserved communities. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the United States Army, Pedro has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, leading complex talent acquisition operations, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Throughout his military career, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including recruiter, station commander, master trainer, and First Sergeant, where he has helped thousands of individuals navigate career and life-changing decisions.

Beyond the military, Pedro is an entrepreneur committed to empowering others through financial education and entrepreneurship. Through Tact Force Financial, an agency that's 100% veteran-owned, led, and staffed, he works to help individuals protect their families, build long-term wealth, and create new paths to ownership in the financial services industry.

Pedro is also the founder of Tact Force Media, a platform dedicated to highlighting military and veteran success stories while helping organizations connect with the military community through digital media and storytelling. His work and leadership insights have been featured in "International Business Journal," "The Insider Weekly," "Army Magazine," and "Marquis Who’s Who."

In addition to his professional work, Pedro actively serves his community as a volunteer in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and through River Valley Church in Minnesota. He is also a member of the Minnesota Latino Chamber of Commerce, the Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Minnesota Real Estate Investors Association.
