ABOUT ME
Paulina Golaska is a founder of the Relationship Support Center, a founder and a president of the Relate to People Foundation, an editor-in-chief of the “Człowiek i Relacje” magazine. Her educational background is psychology, special education and relational psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. She is a member of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. She is also an academic lecturer and a researcher (Ph.D). Her focus in research and clinical practice is on supporting neurodivergent clients and their families. She has been identified as autistic in her thirties.
 
CURRENT EXPERIENCE
Relate to People Foundation / Founder, President of the Board of Directors / October 2020 - Present
The mission of the Relate to People Foundation is to support neurodivergent families. We offer: (1) consultations/ individual therapy and psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults, (2) support groups for parents and neurodivergent adults, as well as (3) peer group meetings for neurodivergent children, adolescents and adults. We work in Polish and English.
 
Relationship Support Center / Company Owner / July 2018 - Present
The clinic has been offering holistic therapeutic support for neurodivergent children, adolescents and adults. We have coordinated numerous grant projects and social innovations projects. We conduct seminars, workshops and courses in relational therapy and supporting neurodivergent people in families and educational settings. We work in Polish and English.
 
Various higher education institutions / Lecturer / January 2011 - Present
The areas of my academic interest are (1) child and adolescent clinical psychology, (2) identification and therapeutic support for neurodivergent clients, (4) family counselling, (5) relational psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.
