Paulette J. Sterling is a transformational leadership advisor, organizational development consultant, and founder of Sterling Business Management. With over 25 years of international leadership experience spanning Jamaica, the UK, Canada, and the US, she is focused on blending strategic rigor with soulful leadership to inspire resilience, authenticity, and legacy-driven impact.

Her career journey began at the Jamaica National Building Society, where she rose through roles including Branch Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Senior Manager of Insurance Retail Services. She later served as Head of Strategy & Special Projects at JN Bank, Senior Manager of Business Development & Research, and Senior Manager for Talent and Performance Management at JN Group. In these roles, Paulette spearheaded organizational transformation projects, launched learning management systems, and embedded performance frameworks that strengthened workforce development and cultural renewal.

As Chief Representative Officer for JN Bank Canada Representative Office, Paulette expanded diaspora engagement, enhanced brand recognition, and launched innovative initiatives such as the Road to Homeownership series. She also grew market share in the UK corridor by 20 percentage points and improved operational compliance by 15 percentage points, demonstrating her ability to deliver measurable impact across diverse regions.

Through Sterling Business Management, Paulette offers leadership accelerator programs, legacy workshops, and community engagement platforms that empower organizations to navigate succession planning, governance renewal, and cultural transformation. She is also the director of branded leadership events including Transform to Lead: The Sterling Edge and Chasing Authenticity.
 
An author, Paulette has published The Power of Influence: Managerial Influence and Organizational Commitment and The Manager’s Playbook for Influence: Tactics to Inspire and Drive Success. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Alliance University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of South Florida, and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
