Paul Smyth is a globally experienced CEO and board-level executive whose career has centred on leading organisations through growth, transformation and complex international change.

Over more than two decades in senior international leadership, Paul has held executive positions with some of the world's most recognised premium and luxury brands. He served as President of Ferrari Greater China, with responsibility for mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, following earlier Ferrari leadership roles spanning Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and global network development. He subsequently became Managing Director of Harley-Davidson South West Europe before joining Aston Martin Lagonda as Global Head of Sales Operations & Network Development and a Board Director of Aston Martin Works Ltd.

Across these roles, Paul has led substantial P&Ls, international teams and commercial organisations while delivering improvements in revenue, profitability, forecasting, organisational capability, customer experience and operational discipline. His leadership philosophy combines clear strategic direction with accountability, strong governance, talented teams and a relentless focus on execution.

Today, Paul is Chief Executive Officer of AuroraOX Discovery Ltd, an evidence-led organisation developing solutions addressing important challenges across women's health. He brings commercial leadership, governance, organisational development and partnership-building expertise to the company's mission, working alongside specialists in science, medicine, data and research.
