Nella Mehissou is a Transformation & Leadership Coach, PCM®-certified, working at the intersection of safety leadership, organizational culture, and intercultural leadership. Her expertise wasn't built in a classroom alone; it was forged across borders: Benin, the United States, Niger, Germany, France, and beyond. Each place added a layer to how she understands leadership, culture, and what it takes to truly show up as yourself.

Growing up across cultures with very different relationships to visibility and success, Nella wasn't always taught to take up space or be fully seen, and she learned to navigate that tension rather than shrink from it. At a pivotal moment in her career, she was underestimated by others who didn't see her full capability. She did. That quiet, unshakable faith in her own potential, even when the world around her didn't reflect it back, became the foundation of a belief she now builds her work around: people rarely lack capability. More often, they simply haven't been shown, or given the space to show what was already there.

That belief became Beyond ("au-delà des possibles," beyond what's possible), the bilingual coaching, training, and consulting practice she founded around the principle of coach, choice, impact: intercultural and multigenerational leadership training for organizations, individual accompaniment for professionals stepping fully into who they're becoming, and collective experiences that open conversations people don't usually get to have.

She also teaches intercultural leadership to MBA students, including at KEDGE Business School.

Her mission is simple to state and demanding to live: she lights the way, helping people see differently so they can choose differently, revealing possibilities that were there all along.
