Neil Streets

Founder and Managing Director

Neil Streets is a senior real estate and infrastructure executive with over 20 years of experience delivering complex, high-value projects for UHNWIs, developers, and global firms. As Managing Director of Alphafish, he has led capital programmes in excess of £10 billion, spanning urban regeneration, corporate real estate, and high-risk buildings across the UK, EMEA, and the Americas.

Neil brings a rare combination of commercial sharpness and human-centred thinking to the built environment. He believes the real magic happens at the intersection of human design and clear translation between business needs and technical consultants. His strength lies in creating environments that don’t just meet compliance and aesthetic standards—but actively enhance how people work together, collaborate, and thrive.

A skilled translator between boardrooms and design teams, Neil has successfully turned around multi-billion-pound projects, such as a stalled 5,000-home new town, a £2B UHNWI-backed luxury masterplan, and complex headquarters fit-outs for public companies. At Cazoo, he unlocked £46M in property value and drove operational efficiencies across a 325-acre portfolio. At Dow, he was instrumental in real estate transformation that supported $8B in M&A value creation.

Neil is a certified expert in high-risk building legislation and regulatory compliance, trained in Agile and Lean delivery, and a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM). He thrives on building delivery capability, aligning stakeholders, and shaping environments that reflect both strategic intent and human need.

Whether advising on workplace strategy or city-scale masterplans, Neil’s focus is always on creating places that work—for people, for performance, and for the future.
