Throughout his career, he has served as a Foreman on high-stakes electrical projects for major organizations, including Ontario Power Generation (OPG), Starbucks, and the Region of Durham. Currently, Neil shares his deep technical expertise and safety knowledge as an Electrical Instructor, dedicated to shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Extending his commitment to the future of the industry, he also serves as an Apprenticeship & Red Seal Advisor on the Global Advisory Council for the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation, helping guide and support aspiring professionals navigating their trade pathways.
