Throughout his career, he has served as a Foreman on high-stakes electrical projects for major organizations, including Ontario Power Generation (OPG), Starbucks, and the Municipality of Durham Region. Currently, Neil serves as an Electrical Instructor, where he shares his deep technical expertise and safety knowledge with the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Beyond his technical mastery, Neil is a certified Career Wellness and Life Coach and the visionary founder of Power Factor Coaching.
