Nanthi

Corporate Professional | Health Coach

Nanthi is a corporate professional, health coach, yoga instructor, and writer. Across 18 years in the corporate world – spanning Sydney, London, and New York – her life looked successful from the outside, while underneath she was burnt out, depleted, and quietly aware that something wasn't right. Migraines, hives, and exhaustion became messages she could no longer ignore.

Rather than treating the symptoms, she began asking deeper questions. Through meditation, breathwork, yoga, and time in nature, she learned to observe her own thoughts, question long-held beliefs, and reconnect with what she actually wanted – not what she'd been told to want. Writing became central to that process: a way of hearing herself clearly, often for the first time.

Today, Nanthi writes about burnout, intuition, alignment, and the slow work of coming home to yourself. Her perspective is that burnout is rarely just about being overworked – it comes from living an unconscious life, shaped by inherited stories and fears we never chose. Her work is an invitation to question those stories, and to begin writing new ones.

She's at the start of this writing journey, sharing her essays on Substack at Messages from my Soul. You can find more of her work at Thrive with Nanthi.
