Monique Maddox is a Military Veteran and seasoned executive leader who operates at the intersection of leadership, wellness, and human-centered strategy. Having homed in on the Master Resilience Trainer skills and experience that she obtained when serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Military, she is the creator of The Sovereign Integrated Plus Framework™, a high-performance resilience-based system designed to help leaders, individuals, and students develop self-leadership, strengthen decision-making, and build sustainable alignment across personal, professional, and academic spaces. She is also the Founder of The Sovereign Integrated Wellness+ Studio, LLC, a wellness-centered coaching and development practice that offers a well-rounded holistic approach to personal growth, self-leadership, mindset development, movement-based wellness, restorative practices, and sustainable transformation through the lens of sovereignty, clarity, and wholeness. Through this work, Monique combines practical leadership development with wellness-centered strategies that support individuals in creating healthier, more balanced, and purpose-driven lives.
