Miss Barbara Palloni
Founder
Barbara Palloni is the founder of Brighton Wellbeing Clinic and the creator of the Vital Reset Method, a personalised four-phase framework designed to help entrepreneurs, professionals and high-performing individuals move beyond pain, chronic stress and burnout and rebuild long-term vitality.
With more than 22 years of clinical experience, Barbara has worked with thousands of clients, combining clinical massage, breathwork, nervous system regulation, lifestyle medicine, targeted nutritional support and evidence-informed wellbeing strategies. Her work is grounded in a clear principle: lasting health cannot be achieved by treating symptoms in isolation. It requires an integrated understanding of how the nervous system, gut, immune system, hormones, movement, recovery and daily habits interact.
Barbara’s authority is rooted not only in professional practice, but also in lived experience. Born with severe gastroenteritis, she spent much of her early childhood in and out of hospital and lived with pain from a very young age. During adolescence, she experienced hormonal imbalance, digestive difficulties and chronic anxiety. These early challenges led her to study the body long before health became her profession.
The death of her father from non-Hodgkin lymphoma at the age of 60 became the defining turning point in her life. It transformed her personal search for answers into a wider mission: to help people strengthen their health before illness, exhaustion or burnout forces them to stop.
Her experience ultimately led to the creation of the Vital Reset Method, structured around four progressive phases: Repair, Reset, Regenerate and Reintegrate. The method begins with targeted nutraceutical support, progresses through nervous system regulation and healthy cellular communication, and concludes by integrating a personalised lifestyle protocol into the realities of a demanding professional life.
Barbara also leads the Vital Reset Membership, delivering one-to-one coaching, group coaching, masterclasses, breathwork and education designed to create lasting behavioural change.
Through her clinical work, writing and speaking, Barbara is redefining the conversation around healthy ageing. Her focus is not simply on extending lifespan, but on improving healthspan—helping people live with more energy, resilience, clarity and purpose.
Her mission is simple: to help people stop waiting until their body shouts by teaching them to recognise and respond to its whispers long before illness takes hold.
