As the creator of Mastering Metaphysics the course, along with The Lost Art of Presence, New Instincts, and The Enlightened Business Hub, Michelle provides a clear pathway for individuals to develop higher levels of awareness, stability, and conscious decision making that translate directly into real life results.

With over five decades of study and lived experience, she has developed a disciplined approach to understanding the patterns that drive human behavior, perception, and performance. Her work translates complex metaphysical principles into practical tools for everyday life, business, and high pressure environments.

Her background includes work as an ordained minister, wholistic kinesiologist, grief recovery specialist, and 25 years as a licensed massage therapist specializing in traumatic brain injury and physical trauma. This foundation informs her work in addressing stress based neurological and behavioral patterns.
