Katherine Krowe moved from the southern United States to New York City, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, in pursuit of a higher education and career in mental health. Shortly after graduating from New York University, she became a licensed provider and opened a practice in midtown Manhattan where she provided therapeutic services to clients dealing with a variety of mental health disorders, including Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), focusing on childhood trauma and interpersonal healing. Katherine lives with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, so her deep empathy and understanding of the disorder led her to devote herself to "the work", aiding fellow survivors as they managed their symptoms, discovered their truths, and worked to live by them by bringing about the changes they wanted to see in their lives. After five years in the mental health field, Katherine learned she had some changes to make as well. More specifically, she chose to anwer her soul's calling and start a career focused solely on the facilitation of spiritual growth.

But her devotion to fellow survivors or anyone who has dealt with the symptoms/lived through similar experiences remains, which is why she writes her stories and self-help articles. She believes she has learned a lot of lessons the hard way throughout her C-PTSD/spiritual development journey and hopes her pieces will help to illuminate the path for anyone seeking truth and change while encouraging them to tell their stories, too. She writes for the misunderstood and the misguided, the traumatized and the transcending.
 
When she isn’t writing or enjoying other people’s stories, Katherine provides spiritual services as an Intuitive Medium. She uses tarot and other metaphysical tools to receive, transcribe, and speak spiritual messages/provide guidance. She uses channeling and exhortation to heal ancestral wounds, aiming to break the cycle of generational trauma within each client's lineage. Katherine believes we all have angels, loved ones, and ancestors we have never had the privilege of meeting who are guiding and protecting us as we travel along our unique paths. With great honor and humility, Katherine serves as a medium to bridge the gap between the world as we know it and the other side, promoting healing within individuals and their respective families (birth families and chosen families alike).
