Melissa Karagöz

Psychedelic Journey Facilitator

Melissa Karagöz is a trauma-informed mentor, multidimensional healer, and founder of The Mayan. With a diploma in Personal Counseling, over 9 years of experience in physical and mental healthcare, and multiple certifications in energy healing and holistic bodywork, she offers a grounded, integrative approach to transformation. Melissa has devoted over 1,200 hours to self-study in multidimensional healing, combining esoteric knowledge with science-based practices to support deep inner work. Her journey began early—navigating bullying, abuse, and instability from childhood into adolescence. Through years of shadow work and spiritual exploration, she reclaimed her inner light and self-worth, learning to source validation from within.  At 22, she launched her own company with a mission to expand consciousness and help others remember who they truly are. Now based in the nature-rich village of Ankeveen, Melissa offers mentorship in self mastery, plant medicine ceremonies & retreats, and workshops that create space for personal freedom, self-mastery, and deep healing.  She is also deeply connected to the body through daily yoga, ecstatic dance, and meditation, expressing her soul through movement, poetry, and nature. Melissa believes that growth is infinite and that liberation starts from within. Her guiding philosophy: only you can liberate yourself.
