Marianna Penna is a Human Personal Brand Creator, Strategic Marketing Expert, international speaker, podcaster, and Founder & CEO of WOW Women of Worth London, a platform dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs and professionals to build authentic, purpose-driven brands and meaningful legacies.

Born in Naples, Italy, Marianna holds a degree in Economics and Commerce and has built a career spanning more than 25 years across Italy and the UK. She began in finance as a Financial Controller for an American multinational before moving into public relations, marketing, and creative leadership, delivering campaigns for international brands in the lifestyle, fashion, food, and professional services sectors. Today, she is also Partner at LEXeFISCAL LLP, a London-based boutique international tax law firm, where she introduced a more human, relationship-led approach to marketing and business development within a traditionally formal profession.

In 2021, Marianna founded WOW Women of Worth London after recognising that many talented women struggle not because they lack expertise, but because they struggle to communicate their value with confidence and authenticity. This became the foundation of her Slow Marketing philosophy—an approach that places identity before visibility and relationships before transactions.

She is the creator of the Marketing SPA, the Natural Marketing Cycle Guide, and the Brand YOU GemsCraft Journey, proprietary frameworks that help entrepreneurs align who they are with how they communicate, market, and grow their businesses.

Marianna is also the co-author of the Amazon bestselling anthology Changemakers (2025), where she introduces personal branding as a "gem to craft" through a seven-step transformational journey.

As host of the Entrepreneurial Pulse podcast and creator of the annual WOW Walk The Talk Festival, she brings together entrepreneurs, experts, and thought leaders to explore the intersection of marketing, authenticity, leadership, AI, and the human experience.
