Marianna D’Arcangelo is the CEO, founder, and strategic consultant behind Golden Fenyx Digital Consultancy Ltd, a UK-based firm specialising in high-level business and innovation strategy and marketing for complex, technology-driven and creative industries.
 
With over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, research, ML, AI, virtual reality, augmented reality, robotics, and advanced manufacturing systems, materials and enginenring, Marianna has built a career at the intersection of technical depth and creative problem-solving. Her academic background includes an MBA with Merit in IT Management and a BA (Hons) in Product Design & Engineering. She is also an ACIM member and RSA finalist, reflecting both her strategic expertise and commitment to innovation-driven impact.
 
Her professional journey has been shaped by working within highly technical, predominantly male environments, where she developed a strong ability to translate complex engineering systems into clear, scalable business strategies able to connect at human level. This experience has informed her distinctive approach: combining structured analytical thinking with creativity, design logic, and human-centred insight.
 
Through Golden Fenyx Digital Consultancy Ltd, she works with organisations across three core sectors: sustainable and green technology, video gaming and entertainment, and engineering and advanced manufacturing, including consumer goods, technology and robotics.
