Manusha Phoolbosseea

Manusha Phoolbosseea holds a Higher Diploma in Adult Nursing from King’s College, University of London (2001) and has extensive experience in psychiatry, surgery, and medicine. She completed her internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and worked in the General ICU at Lewisham Hospital from 2001 to 2003. Her passion for knowledge and travel shaped her diverse career path.

From 2004 to 2006, she pursued a pre-medical program at Rockland Community College in New York while teaching math. She then completed a four-year degree in biological science at St. Francis College, where she received a fellowship to study shrimp DNA and contributed to the biological regional team.

In 2010, Manusha moved to Edmonton, Canada, working across multiple hospitals in cardiac and stroke, pulmonary, GI, General ICU, surgery, and medicine. In 2019, she joined Assisted Living Alberta Complex Case Management for dementia psychiatric clients and helped open a new site serving 168 clients.

I moved to Calgary in 2009 and worked for Foothills, Rockyview, and Alberta Children's hospitals in various roles. I moved to Wetaskiwin and worked at the rural hospital from 2012 to 2014, focusing on General medicine with an extensive emphasis on palliative care.

She developed a curriculum for internationally trained nurses and delivered online pre-NCLEX training in 2020. She later earned a BSc Honours in Nursing from Aspen University and joined the National Society of Leadership and Success, in 2024. She is enrolled in a nursing practitioner program and is acquiring prerequisites for the doctoral degree with a focus on cell aging in adults.

Manusha’s passion for medical aesthetics began with a desire to help clients feel beautiful. Inspired by instructor Julie Wuis of Face Institute in Edmonton, she became a meticulous and safety-focused practitioner. Since 2020, she has held a master’s certification in neuromodulators and dermal fillers and continues advanced training. She is also an educator with Northern Aesthetics Institute, training injectors across Canada.

She founded LaBelle Aesthetics Boutique to offer clients luxury, in-home services. She also features Monter, a Canadian medical-grade skincare line known for impressive results.

Outside her career, Manusha donates to the community, volunteers in schools and places of worship, and is a devoted mother who enjoys cooking, music, and meditation. She is also fond of cats and dogs. She is known as an influential, confident, inspiring, and spiritually attuned leader.
