Mamta is an Ayurveda practitioner and co-founder of MANJULA Essentials, a wellness and beauty brand inspired by the timeless principles of Ayurveda. With over eight years of clinical practice, she empowers individuals to cultivate sustainable health through personalized, holistic selfcare and education.
Her professional journey bridges modern biomedical science and traditional healing. She also contributed to cognitive health research as a Research Assistant at the Baycrest Rotman Research Institute. She later pursued formal studies in Ayurveda at Middlesex University, London.
Mamta's approach to wellbeing is rooted in nutrition as medicine, harmonized lifestyle, Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage), yoga, dance, and restorative rituals that nourish the body, calm the mind, and replenish the heart. Committed to lifelong learning, she continues to engage with both traditional Ayurvedic wisdom and contemporary clinical science. This integrative perspective enables her to offer thoughtful, evidence-informed, and practical guidance that supports modern living while honoring time-tested healing traditions.
