Lynn Thorsell

Leadership and Team Coach

Since 2019, Lynn Thorsell has worked with leaders on six continents in global corporations, international NGOs and non-profits, helping them and their teams meet their challenges and thrive. Lynn loves being in it with them: witnessing their struggles; supporting their insights; encouraging them through the muddy, messy times; and celebrating their victories, large and small. She is continually heartened by the many leaders and teams working to increase our collective wellbeing, and honoured to support them.

Lynn’s practice is informed by her 20-year meditation practice and study of Buddhist philosophy, and a history of outdoor athletics, including cycling, hiking, kayaking, running, and rock climbing. At 55, a one-year volunteer placement in Malawi tested her adaptability, challenged her North American paradigms, and taught her the value of connecting across differences.
