Lora Banicevic

Dr. Lora Banicevic is an author, multi-award-winning entrepreneur, and the founder of Corner 32 Dental, a purpose-driven dental practice in Sydney, Australia. Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina during a time of war, she emigrated to Australia at age three, growing up with parents who rebuilt their lives through grit, hard work, and determination. Their resilience sparked in her a deep appreciation for opportunity and a relentless drive to carve her own path.

Lora completed a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Bachelor of Dentistry with Honours from the University of Sydney, later undertaking postgraduate studies in Digital Orthodontics. Over the past decade, Lora has combined clinical excellence with a commitment to emotional intelligence, helping to reshape the patient experience and redefine what leadership in healthcare can look like. She has built a personal brand centred around growth, leadership, and lasting impact.

In 2025, she authored The Emotionally Intelligent Clinician, a practical, science-backed guide to help healthcare professionals harness emotional intelligence to lead with empathy, communicate more effectively, and build trust with patients, teams, and themselves.

Today, Lora is passionate about empowering health professionals to unlock their full potential and lead with purpose. Through her speaking, writing, and upcoming programs, she’s redefining what it means to thrive in healthcare, creating a future where compassionate leadership, authentic connection, and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.
