Liesbet De Rouck is a body-oriented coach, spoken word artist, and the founder of Self Love Academy — a transformative space for deep emotional healing, embodied truth, and radical self-leadership.

With a background in high-performance IT, international recruitment, and entrepreneurship, Liesbet knows what it means to “succeed on paper” while feeling lost inside. After two decades of leading a double life — boardrooms by day, embodiment trainings by night — she left the corporate world behind to follow the call of her body.

Through her signature blend of poetic language, intuitive guidance, movement, and somatic presence, Liesbet helps people return to themselves. Her work isn’t about fixing — it’s about remembering: the parts we’ve silenced, the needs we’ve abandoned, and the wholeness that’s always been there underneath the performance.

At Self Love Academy, she offers online and in-person programs that go far beyond mindset. These are not surface-level self-help journeys — they are deep recalibrations for those ready to live from truth, not trauma.

Liesbet’s sessions usually begin with landing in the body and gentle movement — allowing people to drop beneath the noise — before spoken word opens the emotional and energetic field. From that place, deep transformation can unfold.

Based in the Netherlands and working internationally, she offers 1-on-1 coaching, group intensives, retreats, and the new online program for those ready to come home to themselves.
