Learie Gonsalves, BSc (Hons), FRICS, is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Director at One Building Solution Ltd, a firm he co-founded in 2015. With over 30 years of experience in the built environment, Learie has held pivotal roles with Leicester City Council, Warwick District Council, Arcadis, CBRE, and Pick Everard, delivering innovative architectural schemes and professional surveying services across the UK and Europe.

An active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Learie contributes as an APC Assessor, Inspire Ambassador, and serves on the Built Environment Building Surveying Journal Editorial Board.
