Lauren Salzman

Educator, Coach & Writer

Lauren Salzman is an educator, coach, and writer with over 25 years in the human growth and development field.

For 20 of those years, she served as Director of Education for an international personal development organization. She trained hundreds of staff annually, built the measurement standards used to evaluate staff and student proficiency, and oversaw a coaching team of roughly 200 across North America.

Years of studying and teaching in the field led her to build the Integration Model, an original framework for understanding how the self develops, fragments, and finds its way back to coherence. The model draws on Dan Siegel's work in interpersonal neurobiology and Nathaniel Branden's research on self-esteem, applied to the two things she has found matter most: how people relate to themselves, and how that shapes every relationship that follows. She holds a conviction that a growth model is only as good as its consistent, systematic, reproducible results.

She has developed three programs built on the model. Centered Sense of Self is a 12-week course on self-esteem and the relationship people have with themselves. Rupture and Repair is a 16-week course on recovering from infidelity. The Ground Floor is a 16-week course on parenting and attachment. Alongside her programs, she works with clients one-on-one through her Private Work coaching.

Lauren holds a degree in English Writing Arts, and writing remains central to her work. She publishes essays exploring the Integration Model's ideas in shorter form at laurensalzmanwrites.substack.com. More about her programs is available at laurensalzman.com.
