Laura Mungioli is the founder of The Triggered Momma, where she helps overwhelmed, overstimulated moms understand why motherhood can feel so much harder than they expected—and gives them the tools to change their experience of it.

Laura’s work was born from her own transition into motherhood. She loved her children deeply, but found herself struggling with triggers, overstimulation, anxiety, resentment, and reactions that didn’t feel like the mother she wanted to be. Instead of accepting that this was simply what motherhood felt like, she began looking beneath the behaviors and into what was actually happening in the nervous system, old emotional patterns, unmet needs, beliefs, capacity, and everyday environment.

That journey became the foundation of The Triggered Momma.

Her approach goes beyond telling moms to “stay calm” or giving them another parenting script to remember while they’re already overwhelmed. Through nervous system education, inner and trigger work, practical parenting and life systems, and mindset and identity work, Laura helps moms understand the WHY behind their reactions—and then actually change the patterns creating them.

The transformation isn’t becoming a perfectly regulated mom who never gets frustrated. It’s moving from constantly feeling on edge, touched out, guilty, reactive, and like you’re failing… to having more capacity, more self-trust, more choice in how you respond, and practical tools that make everyday life feel lighter.

Laura believes moms deserve more than validation that motherhood is hard. They deserve support that helps them change what isn’t working.

Her mission is to help women heal what motherhood brought to the surface, build a life and nervous system that can better support them, and become the grounded, empowered mothers—and women—they always knew they could be.
