Lara Dawn

CEO & Founder of The ADHD Village

Lara Dawn isn't just changing the conversation about ADHD and parenting. She's leading a movement to transform the future of children's mental health.
A mother of two, founder of The ADHD Village, host of The evOLVED Brain Podcast, and visionary behind ADHD Warrior Mamas, Lara is challenging generations of outdated beliefs about parenting, neurodiversity, and human potential.

With 25 years as a teacher, expertise in Special Education, degrees in Psychology and Education, and advanced training in emotional intelligence, women's positive psychology, somatic healing, and neuro transformation, Lara bridges science, spirituality, and lived experience.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 40, after decades of anxiety and self-doubt, Lara discovered that the very traits she'd spent her life struggling against were part of her greatest strengths. That revelation ignited a mission far bigger than ADHD awareness.

Her belief is revolutionary: Parenting is spiritual work. ADHD is a design, not a deficit.
In a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, Lara champions the creativity, innovation, intuition, and unconventional thinking that make neurodivergent minds invaluable to our future.

As creator of the LOVE Ü Parenting Method, she challenges mothers to look beyond behaviour, understand the emotional needs beneath it, and recognize parenting as an invitation to awaken their own wisdom, intuition, and power.
Through ADHD Warrior Mamas, speaking, retreats, and transformational experiences, Lara is rallying mothers worldwide to break generational patterns, protect their children's mental health, and raise a generation of empowered, emotionally healthy humans.

This is more than a parenting philosophy. It's a movement to evolve how we raise children and how we see ourselves.
Her guiding philosophy: Support the disability. Protect the design. Evolve the environment.
