Lakeydra Houston is a US Air Force veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and the founder of KEY Fit, Knowledge, Empowerment and You-nity, which mentors on wellness, veteran support and suicide prevention to increase life productivity. She earned her Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership from Trident International University. Lakeydra is pursuing a Masters in Social Work specializing in military and trauma. She is a certified ASSIST, victim advocate, and resiliency trainer with over 10 years of experience with domestic violence, youth empowerment, sexual assault prevention and mental health support.
