Kirsty Gaitens is a founder, brand strategist, and retreat facilitator known for her multidimensional approach to branding, business, and human behaviour.
 
After more than 15 years working with corporate, agencies, and founder-led businesses, she created Murni Studio and Murni Retreats to help founders build brands that are both emotionally intelligent and strategic.
 
Her work bridges strategy, psychology, leadership, and embodiment, with a focus on creating businesses that feel sustainable, meaningful, and human in an increasingly AI and digitally driven world.
 
Through Murni Studio, Kirsty works with founders, retreat spaces, wellness brands, and purpose-led businesses to develop brand ecosystems that integrate identity, messaging, and digital presence that align deeply with their long-term vision.
 
Degree qualified in Communications, with formal studies in marketing and journalism, Kirsty has maintained an ongoing commitment to education, research, and creative curiosity throughout her career. Her background also includes certifications in NLP and Emotional Intelligence Coaching, which inform the depth-oriented philosophy behind her work.
 
She believes that in a rapidly evolving AI-led world, human creativity, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and lived experience will become some of the most valuable forms of intelligence we have.
 
Alongside her studio work, she facilitates immersive retreats designed to help founders reconnect with clarity, creativity, and themselves outside the pace of everyday business. Hosted in Bali, these experiences combine business strategy, self-awareness modalities, wellbeing, and reflection to support more grounded and intentional leadership.
 
Her broader mission is to contribute to a more conscious future for business, one where growth, creativity, wellbeing, and human connection are not separate from success, but the foundation of it.
