Kimberly Seabrooks is a Certified Health Coach, Quality Assurance Specialist, and passionate advocate for holistic well-being. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and nearly five years of experience as a health coach, Kimberly has dedicated her career to empowering individuals—particularly women in their 40s and 50s—to navigate the challenges of aging with grace, vitality, and resilience.
As the founder of Kim’s Health Coaching, Kimberly combines her professional expertise with a compassionate, client-centered approach. Her programs focus on helping clients achieve balance through tailored dietary plans, lifestyle changes, and a focus on mental and emotional health. Recognizing the unique challenges that midlife brings, she has developed strategies to help women manage hormonal shifts, menopause, and other transitions with confidence.
In addition to her coaching practice, Kimberly is a published author, contributing to anthologies like Resilient: The Power to Get Back Up and Becoming an Unstoppable Woman in Health & Wellness Part 2. Through her writing, YouTube channel, and one-on-one coaching, Kimberly inspires people to take control of their health journeys and live fulfilling lives.
