Kimberlli Walker founded Keep It Moving Impactfully (KIMI) Consulting, where she coaches nonprofit leaders, development staff, and boards to become confident, effective fundraisers. A dynamic, results-driven leader with over 30 years of leadership experience, including 23 years in project management and consulting, Kimberlli blends evidence-based fundraising strategy with rigorous process improvement and the heart of a master storyteller.

Currently leading donor development and communications at a leading Bay Area community foundation, Kimberlli manages mid-level and major gifts portfolios ranging from $1K to $200K+, designs personalized stewardship plans, and produces sponsorship proposals with revenue targets of $ 500K+. Her track record spans LLS Man and Woman of the Year signature events, corporate and Foundation partnerships, peer-to-peer campaigns, and planned giving programs. Her primary approach is grounded in data and centered on relationships. Through KIMI Consulting, Kimberlli meets clients where they are, whether that’s a Senior Director who has never made an ask, a small team launching their first campaign, or a board ready to step into real fundraising leadership.
