Kim van Dijk is the founder of MindCastle Creations, an entrepreneur, author, and ADHD systems coach dedicated to helping neurodivergent adults create lives that work with their brains instead of against them.

After receiving an ADHD diagnosis as a child and experiencing several burnouts as an adult, Kim realised that the problem was rarely motivation. The real challenge was relying on systems designed for people whose brains work differently. That insight became the foundation of her work.

She developed MindCastle Creations to provide practical, evidence informed tools that reduce friction in everyday life. Her products focus on creating external systems that support executive functioning rather than demanding more willpower. Her ADHD Planner has been used by thousands of customers worldwide, and her educational content reaches people looking for realistic alternatives to traditional productivity advice.

Kim is also the author of It's Not You, It's Your System, a book that reframes ADHD through the lens of systems rather than personal failure. She is the creator of MindCastle Rewired™, an eight week coaching programme that helps participants build sustainable routines, improve emotional resilience, and create personalised systems they can actually maintain.

Alongside her work in the ADHD space, Kim has built multiple businesses and combines entrepreneurship with practical coaching. Her writing focuses on ADHD, executive functioning, productivity, burnout recovery, habits, mindset, and designing environments that make success easier.

Her mission is simple: help people stop blaming themselves and start building systems that let them thrive.
