Kathleen Haden
Visionary Leader | Integrative Wellness Expert | CEO
Kathleen Haden is a nationally recognized leader in the fields of sound therapy, aquatic healing, and integrative wellness. With over 25 years of experience blending movement science, therapeutic touch, and vibrational healing, she has dedicated her life to helping others achieve deeper health, balance, and vitality.
Her journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, where she focused on both Biomechanics and Dance, laying a foundation for understanding the body’s natural intelligence and movement. Kathleen went on to become a licensed physical therapist, quickly expanding her credentials to include certifications in personal training, Pilates, yoga (Hatha and Yin), massage therapy, aquatic therapy, and energy healing. Her diverse education and training gave her a unique ability to address the human body from multiple dimensions—physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
For over two decades, Kathleen owned and operated a series of successful wellness centers, where she integrated traditional therapeutic techniques with forward-thinking modalities. Her centers became known for combining science-backed results with a deeply nurturing, client-centered environment. Whether working with clients recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or seeking stress relief, Kathleen’s personalized approach delivered measurable outcomes—improved function, pain reduction, emotional release, and overall well-being.
In 2010, she co-founded Good Vibrations Music Co. alongside her husband and creative partner, John Anthony. Together, they pioneered Frequency Infused Music™, a groundbreaking modality that harnesses the power of sound and vibration to support the body’s natural healing processes. Drawing on research in frequency medicine and water resonance, their music is carefully designed to work in harmony with the human biofield and the conductive properties of water—making it especially effective in aquatic therapy settings.
Under Kathleen’s leadership as CEO, Good Vibrations Music Co. has grown into a global brand with hundreds of original tracks used by spas, wellness practitioners, hospitals, therapists, and educators in over 30 countries. The company’s offerings include vibrational speakers, float therapy programs, underwater sound systems, and educational certifications that combine sound, movement, and intention for whole-person healing.
One of her most innovative ventures is Aqua Motion Movement™, a therapeutic flotation and movement program that pairs Frequency Infused Music™ with guided aquatic practices. This approach promotes stress reduction, nervous system regulation, trauma release, and deep states of relaxation. Aqua Motion has been taught in both private and group settings, and Kathleen continues to train practitioners in its delivery across the U.S., particularly in spa and wellness resorts, physical therapy clinics, and warm water pools.
As an educator and speaker, Kathleen is known for her engaging, practical, and visionary style. She has presented at national conferences, authored numerous training manuals, contributed to holistic health publications, and led workshops on topics including:
Sound Healing in Aquatic Environments
Frequency Medicine & the Human Energy Field
Integrative Approaches to Pain & Stress
Entrepreneurship in the Wellness Industry
She is also deeply committed to mentorship and leadership development. Through one-on-one consulting and group coaching, Kathleen helps wellness professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs grow their businesses, refine their offerings, and stay aligned with their purpose.
Beyond her business ventures, Kathleen is passionate about expanding access to vibrational therapies for underserved communities. Through the nonprofit arm of Good Vibrations Music Co., she donates music, training, and vibrational equipment to Alzheimer’s centers, PTSD programs, trauma survivors, and memory care homes.
Kathleen’s philosophy is simple yet profound: healing is most powerful when sound, movement, water, and intention come together. Her life’s work continues to inspire transformation—both for individuals on their wellness journeys and for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in the world of healing arts.
