Kamaile Manol

Neuroplasticity Coach & Founder of MAI BODY

Kamaile Manol is the founder of MAI BODY, a science-backed coaching method that bridges neuroplasticity, nutrition, and strength training to support sustainable fat loss and body recomposition. Her work focuses on the relationship between brain function and physical transformation, exploring how neural pathways, habits, and behavioural patterns influence metabolism, discipline, and long-term health outcomes.

Originally from Kailua, Hawai‘i, Kamaile developed her passion for fitness and performance through athletics before expanding her work into the study of behavioural change and neuroscience. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and was named Santa Clara Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023.

Through her coaching practice, Kamaile has helped over 175 women transform their lives and bodies, guiding them through sustainable fat loss, strength development, and long-term habit change. Her approach emphasises that lasting transformation is not simply a matter of motivation or willpower, but the result of understanding how the brain encodes habits through repetition, emotional reinforcement, and neuroplastic adaptation.

Kamaile is on a mission to bridge the gap between neuroscience and fitness by translating complex brain and metabolic science into practical strategies people can apply in their daily lives. Through her writing and coaching, she aims to empower people with clear, science-backed knowledge so they feel confident in their bodies, in control of their habits, and far less confused in today’s often overwhelming online fitness space.
