Jyllin
Holistic Health Coach & Somatic Educator
Jyllin (pronounced Jill-in) is a holistic health coach, somatic educator, and founder of the Holistic Liberation Method—an integrative approach that bridges Five Element theory, meridian yoga therapy, EFT, and trauma-informed holistic coaching. Her work supports emotional release, self-regulation, and nervous system harmony through embodied, meridian-based awareness and mindful daily living.
She began studying somatics in 2005 in the United States, training weekly for three years while completing the equivalent of a BFA in dance before teaching movement in 2008. Since 2012, she has lived and taught internationally—across Vietnam, East Timor, China, India, Indonesia, Spain, and Morocco—sharing body-based practices that merge ancient energetic philosophy with modern integrative health.
Her multidisciplinary background includes women's hormonal health, integrative nutrition, massage therapy, and lifestyle medicine. Since launching her online work in 2019, Jyllin has guided individuals worldwide through practices that cultivate emotional balance, embodied awareness, and holistic wellbeing.
A vegan since the age of 18, her personal journey reflects her commitment to mindful nourishment and compassionate living. When not teaching or studying with mentors, she can be found exploring local markets, studying Korean, or walking through landscapes that inspire her ongoing study of meridian and somatic traditions.
