Judy Xu is a Transformational Coach and Spiritual Mentor who works with accomplished leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals seeking deeper transformation in how they live, relate, lead and create.

For more than 15 years, Judy has guided people beyond intellectual understanding into deeper healing and integration. Her work helps clients transform long-held emotional and subconscious patterns, cultivate inner peace and wisdom, reconnect with their authentic selves, and live with greater clarity, purpose and alignment.

Judy understands the world of achievement from the inside. Her own journey has taken her from entrepreneur to Fortune 500 executive and, eventually, into a deep exploration of human potential, healing and spirituality. She holds an MBA from HKUST and Kellogg School of Management and is the Founder and CEO of Balance Group in Hong Kong.

Her approach bridges Eastern wisdom and contemplative traditions with Western coaching, psychology and leadership development. Over many years, she has trained and practised across transformational and Jungian coaching, depth hypnotherapy, Buddhist psychology, meditation, breathwork, shamanic and spiritual counselling, somatic and energy healing, and embodied practices including Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

At the heart of Judy's work is a journey toward wholeness. Her teachings span three interconnected areas: Deep Healing & Inner Alignment, Inner Peace & Wisdom, and Conscious Living & Creation. She also brings this work into leadership, helping leaders develop the inner mastery to remain grounded, self-aware and wise amid complexity.
