Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN RN), Jonique leverages her rigorous clinical discipline and experience to tackle systemic challenges in healthcare and education. Her commitment to excellence is highlighted by receiving the Presidential Community Service Award and the DAISY Award, alongside multiple DAISY nominations for exceptional nursing care.

Jonique founded Joniva Innovations LLC to serve as an ecosystem for developing high-impact solutions, successfully bridging the gap between clinical necessity and technological innovation. She is the inventor and force behind the Mastrah platform, a visionary technology designed to eliminate digital noise and foster dedicated learning. She is also the creator of OptaComm, a device invention aimed at streamlining communication in high-stakes environments.

Her deep commitment to community service, which includes dedicated time in Air Force JROTC and service as a Teen Ambassador, continues through her active work with the Red Cross in organizing and holding blood drives.
