Joanne Rowan

Therapist | Coach | Change Maker

Joanne Lea’s work sits at the intersection of emotional wellbeing, identity work, ancient feminine wisdom, and transformational change.

Over the past 15+ years, she has guided women through some of life’s most defining seasons, from relationship breakdowns, burnout, and loss of self, to reinvention, awakening, and the deeper call toward meaning, wholeness, and self-trust.

Drawing from a diverse background in coaching, transpersonal therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), embodied practices, and ancient feminine wisdom traditions, Joanne’s approach is both grounded and deeply transformative. Her work supports women to understand the subconscious patterns, conditioning, emotional imprints, and survival strategies that shape how they relate to themselves, others, and their lives, and to gently interrupt what no longer serves them.

She is the creator of The Rose Way, a feminine pathway of reclamation, cyclical awareness, embodied self-leadership, and inner reawakening. Through this body of work, Joanne invites women into a deeper remembering of their innate wisdom, intuition, and lived experience of being a woman in a world that often pulls them away from themselves.

Joanne facilitates transformational programs, retreats, and women’s experiences designed to support identity shifts, rites of passage, and the transitions that mark the end of one life season and the beginning of another. Her work is not about fixing, but about revealing. Creating space for truth, choice, and conscious authorship of life.

As the host of the podcast Every Womyn and Her Dog, Joanne explores the conversations many women are quietly living, including relationships, self-worth, emotional health, nervous system awareness, boundaries, purpose, and the often unspoken tension between who they are and how they are living.

Known for her intuitive, direct, and deeply compassionate presence, Joanne holds space that is both honest and expansive. She supports women to move beyond survival patterns, reconnect with themselves, and step into more authentic, aligned ways of living.

Through her writing, speaking, and facilitation, Joanne continues to weave ancient feminine wisdom with modern psychological understanding to support women in creating lives that feel real, connected, and fully their own.
