Jessie Daley

MSW, LICSW -AEDP Therapist, Clinical Social Worker

Jessie Daley is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in the experiential, relational, and somatic treatment of complex trauma. She is a passionate lifelong learner, and has deepened her knowledge and skill set by engaging in ongoing training in depth- and experientially based modalities, including AEDP, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, and IFS.
In 2019, she founded a small South Minneapolis-based mental health clinic - Solace Mental Health and Wellness - with the intention of organically and thoughtfully cultivating a group of clinicians who are equally passionate about their work and dedicated to serving clients from a heart-centered, relationally attuned and emotion-focused framework. She is in the process of growing her practice of clinicians, with the goal of serving more clients in the Twin Cities Metro area.
Jessie brings a creative, dynamic and committed energy to everything she engages with, including her work, her family, and her creative endeavors. She has three sons with her husband/partner of 21 years, and is committed to providing them with a loving, informed, emotionally rich and thoughtful foundation as they launch into life. For several years, she played in bands around the Twin Cities, and wrote lyrics + fronted the band Fraea. Her love of words, poetry, and the art and science of human connection is integral to her work with clients and supervisees, to her mothering, her friendships and family connections, and to her writing.
