Jessica Townsend is a neurofeedback specialist with over eight years of experience in the mental health field. She holds bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice and is set to complete her master's in Forensic Psychology in December. Certified as a BCN-P through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA), Jessica specializes in qEEG-guided neurofeedback and brain mapping to help individuals strengthen self-regulation, improve focus, and ascend toward peak performance.
Her work bridges neuroscience and behavioral science, offering evidence-based approaches that promote cognitive balance, emotional resilience, and optimal brain function. Jessica’s passion lies in empowering others to understand and retrain their brains using advanced neurotechnology, allowing them to rise beyond limitations and access their highest potential.
Through her dedication to both science and service, Jessica continues to advocate for the integration of neuroscience into mental health and performance settings, guiding others to not only heal but to ascend.
