Jéss is a Transformational Life Mentor and the Founder of GOE Within, where she supports high-capacity leaders in creating and embodying beauty, joy, fulfillment, abundance, and transformation in their lives.
 
With over a decade of experience working as a therapist supporting children, caregivers, and families through complex emotional and relational dynamics, she developed a deep understanding of the internal patterns that shape how individuals lead, relate, and live. Through this work, she recognized that many high-capacity individuals, while outwardly successful, often experience a disconnect from their identity, values, and deeper sense of purpose.
 
Today, her work focuses on guiding leaders back to themselves—supporting them in leading with insight, courage, and intention from within. Her approach centers on identity, alignment, and intentional living, helping individuals move beyond surface-level growth and embody a life that reflects their values.
 
Guided by the principles of L-FACKTS (love, faith, accountability, courage, kindness, transformation, and stewardship), Jéss creates spaces for depth, clarity, and aligned action. She believes that legacy is not something we leave behind, but something we embody through how we live each day.
