Jenna Nye
Founder of Jentle | Resolution Specialist
Jenna Nye is a nervous system resolution specialist and the founder of Jentle, where she supports individuals and practitioners to resolve emotional and physiological activation rather than manage it. Her work focuses on how the nervous system, somatic, belief, and perception interact to shape behaviour, experience, and capacity for change.
Drawing on neuroscience-informed, trauma-aware, and psychosensory approaches, Jenna specialises in precise and contained methods that support resolution at the source. Her work is particularly relevant for self-aware individuals who have already developed insight into their activation or patterns yet continue to experience persistent activation, anxiety, or a sense of being “stuck.”
Alongside modern nervous system science, her work is influenced by deeper inquiries into human potential, aliveness, and meaning. She is also engaged in advanced practitioner education, teaching advanced, ethical, grounded, and effective approaches to nervous system work.
Through her writing and teaching, Jenna explores the distinction between regulation and resolution, the limits of insight-based change, and how embodied approaches can restore clarity, agency, and choice.
