Jenna Miller is a spiritual practitioner, teacher and founder of Soul Circle, a space dedicated to grounded spirituality, inner exploration and expanded consciousness.

Her work sits at a question most spiritual teaching skips past: how do you actually know what to trust? In a world full of teachings, intuitive messages, other people's beliefs and increasingly loud opinions, Jenna is far more interested in helping people tell the difference between anxiety, ego, and real intuition – than in handing them another framework to follow.

Her approach draws on embodied awareness and energy work, but the thread is sovereignty. She's not interested in being the authority people outsource their inner knowing to. She'd rather teach people to trust their own.

Through Soul Circle, Jenna creates ceremonial spaces for people to hear themselves more clearly – not to hear her more clearly. She also speaks and teaches on spirituality, intuition and the inner world, both online and in person.

Learning to trust her own discernment changed the shape of her own life – clearer decisions, more courage, a much quieter inner critic. She thinks it's one of the most useful things a person can build: knowing which inner voice is actually worth listening to, and having the nerve to follow it.
