Jenna Golias

RN, End of Life Doula, Grief Educator

Jenna Golias is an End of Life Doula and founder of The Light Hereafter. She is also a Registered Nurse, Certified Grief Educator, Reiki Practitioner and Mind Body Spirit Release Practitioner.

She started her profession in the wellness industry working in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation as a clinical exercise physiologist and created wellness and educational programs for cardiac and pulmonary patients at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Then, as a board certified cardiac registered nurse, she specialized in cardiac care and went on to pursue travel nursing where she worked in multiple hospital institutions and specialities all across The United States, where she now resides permanently in Central Coas California.

Working in healthcare for almost 20 years and as a nurse for the last 10 years, Jenna has worked with death and dying substantially.  And what she knows is this:  As a culture and as a country, we need to provide better death care.

There should be as much focus, emphasis and dedication to death and dying as there is with birth, hospitalizations, wellness, and preventive care.

Jenna combines her nursing background, end of life doula certification, grief educator role and energy practitioner training to provide a holistic approach to end of life care.  She works together with end of life clients, loved ones, hospice and medical services, and caregivers to help ease the transition that most aligns with the clients needs and wishes, designing an end of life plan specific to each individual encompassing all aspects: mind, body, and soul

The Light Hereafter is here to provide a grounded presence, advocacy, peace and ease to those during their sacred walk to the end of life.
